We’re seeking a Software Researcher to independently identify flaws in software and software architecture design. Candidates should have 16 years of experience with no degree, 12 years with a bachelor’s degree, 10 years with a master’s degree, or 8 years with a PhD. The role requires proficiency in C, Python, and Assembly, along with a strong understanding of distributed architectures, protocol analysis, OS internals, and debuggers. Familiarity with dynamic and static binary analysis, fuzzing techniques, and source code auditing is essential. Attention to detail, self-driven research capabilities, and teamwork skills are crucial.
Highly flexible compensation including options to maximize salary ($295k-$315k), maximize savings ($250k-$270k salary with maximum company 401(k) contribution), or anything in-between. Full healthcare coverage or $3k/year if you don't need it.
